Your ad lead gets a call before they close the app.

Someone fills in your Meta, Google or TikTok lead form. Within a minute they are talking to an agent that already knows which ad they clicked, asks your qualifying questions in English, Cantonese or Mandarin, and books the meeting into your calendar before anyone else has opened the notification.

A lead-ad form is a promise you have minutes to keep.

The lead is warm for minutes, not days

Someone filled in a form on Instagram while doing three other things. By the time a salesperson gets to the CRM that afternoon, the intent that made them tap has already cooled.

    Whoever calls first usually wins

Lead-ad enquirers rarely fill in one form. They fill in several. The first real voice they hear frames the whole comparison, and every other quote is measured against it.

Your ad spend is paying for the gap

You pay the same cost per lead whether it is called in 30 seconds or next Tuesday. Slow follow-up does not reduce the invoice. It just lowers what the invoice buys.

What changes on the day it goes live.

Every lead is called, every time

Including the 11pm ones, the weekend ones, and the ones that arrive while your team is on another call. No queue, no "I will get to it".

    Your pipeline arrives pre-sorted

Each lead comes back with answers to your qualifying questions, a written call summary and a disposition, so the morning starts with a ranked list rather than a row of phone numbers.

Meetings land in the calendar, not in a follow-up task

The agent reads live availability and confirms a real slot on the call, then sends the confirmation. Nobody has to chase to arrange the chase.

No-answers are retried on a schedule you set

Three attempts spread across the day, different hours, stopping the moment the lead picks up or asks not to be called again.

How it works, in three steps.

    01
    The lead lands

Meta, Google or TikTok posts the lead to a webhook the moment the form is submitted. No polling, no CSV export, no "sync every 15 minutes".

    02
    The agent dials

Within a minute of the form, from your own number. It opens by naming the ad or offer the person responded to, so the call makes sense instead of sounding cold.

    03
    It qualifies and books

Your questions, asked in the caller's language. A fit lead is booked into the calendar or warm-transferred to whoever is free; everyone else is logged with a reason and a summary.

Running the Ad Response Agent in Hong Kong.

Most Hong Kong lead-ad enquiries arrive from Instagram and Facebook forms on a phone, and many of the people who fill them in expect a WhatsApp message at least as much as a call. So the agent calls first, from your own Hong Kong number, and if nobody answers it sends a short WhatsApp message in the same language and tries again later, rather than letting the lead sit in a spreadsheet.

The first words of the call are in Cantonese or English depending on the ad the person responded to, and the agent follows the caller from there. Hong Kong callers switch language mid-sentence all the time ("I want to book 個 viewing 聽日"), so the agent does not force a language choice or restart when it happens; names, addresses and eight-digit phone numbers are read back to confirm them, because those are where speech recognition slips first.

Calling someone who has just submitted an enquiry is a reply to their request, but your lead form should still say that you will call, and the call says it is recorded and why before anything else. We check the wording of your form and the opening line with you, and every call has a transcript and recording you can pull up if a caller asks what was said.

Illustrative · not a measured client result
    Within a minute

What "within a minute" is worth, in your own numbers.

Take your monthly ad spend, divide by leads, and you have a cost per lead. Now take the share of those leads nobody reached before they went quiet. That is the portion of the invoice the Ad Response Agent is aimed at. Not extra leads: the same leads, reached while they still remember filling in the form. We will run this arithmetic with your actual figures on the scoping call rather than quote an industry average at you.

    Frequently asked questions

How fast does it actually call?+

Within a minute of the form being submitted. The dial starts as soon as the lead-form webhook fires; most of the wait is the ad platform posting the lead, not the agent picking it up. You can also add a deliberate pause if calling straight away feels too eager for your market.

Which ad platforms does it work with?+

Meta, Google and TikTok lead forms. The platform posts each new lead to a webhook, and the call starts from there, with the ad or campaign name carried into the opening line. Click-to-WhatsApp and landing-page forms can be wired in the same way during setup.

Does it sound like a robot?+

It uses natural voices with sub-second pickup, handles interruptions, and speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin. It also says it is an AI assistant when asked, which we recommend rather than pretending otherwise.

What happens if the lead wants a human?+

It transfers. You set the rules — always on request, only for qualified leads, only in business hours — and it hands over with the context, so the caller does not repeat themselves. Outside those hours it takes a callback time and books it.

Which CRMs and calendars does it work with?+

Anything with an API. In practice that covers HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Google Calendar, Outlook and Calendly, plus custom systems through a webhook. If your CRM is a spreadsheet, it can write to that too.

What does it cost to run?+

There are two parts: the build, quoted per engagement after a scoping call, and the running cost, which is telephony plus per-minute model usage and scales with how many leads you actually generate. We publish no price list because a three-question qualifier and a fifteen-question one are not the same product.

Is this compliant for cold outreach?+

It is not cold outreach — the person submitted a form asking to be contacted, minutes earlier. The agent identifies itself and the business, honours do-not-call requests immediately and permanently, and every call is recorded and retained under whatever policy you set.

Can these calls be recorded in Hong Kong?+

Yes, as long as callers are told. The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance expects people to know what is being collected and why, so the agent says at the start of every call that it is recorded and what for, and recordings are kept only as long as you decide.

What if the lead would rather use WhatsApp?+

Many Hong Kong enquirers would. If the call is not answered, the agent sends a short WhatsApp message in the same language and tries again later; a reply goes back into the same conversation, so nobody has to start over.
