We build a working proof against your real data and workflow — at our cost. For an AI agent, that's a sandboxed agent you can actually message or call. For automation, it's a process map plus a working slice of your most painful workflow. For custom software or a website, it's a clickable UX prototype with the technical architecture mapped out. Before we start, we agree in writing on the single metric that decides whether it worked.

You run the proof with your real team. We meet at the end. If the metric isn't hit, we shake hands and walk away — no invoice, no awkward follow-up, and you keep everything we built. If it is, we send you a fixed-price quote for the production build. Either way, by Friday you know whether the project is worth pursuing — not six months in.
