Off-the-shelf SaaS wins when your workflow is genuinely vanilla — a standard CRM, a standard helpdesk, a standard signup form. The moment your business does something specific (multi-entity reconciliation, bilingual WhatsApp handoff, a unique approval chain), the tool starts fighting you.
