Your reps should start at the second conversation.
The agent makes the first call — the one that establishes whether there is a fit at all. It asks your qualifying questions, records the answers against your criteria, and passes on only the conversations worth a salesperson's hour, with the context already written down.
Qualification is the most expensive way to use a salesperson.
Most first calls end in a no
That is the nature of qualification, and it is fine — except that your most expensive people are the ones absorbing every one of those calls to find out.
The answers never make it into the CRM intact
A rep on their ninth call writes three words in a note field. The next person picks up the lead with no idea what was already asked, and asks it again.
Criteria drift, rep by rep
Everyone qualifies slightly differently and slightly more generously as the month closes. The pipeline looks healthy and forecasts badly.
What changes on the day it goes live.
Reps only take qualified conversations
The hour that used to be spent finding out there was no fit goes to the prospects where there is one. Same headcount, different diary.
Every answer is captured, in the same shape
Structured fields, not free-text notes. Budget, timeline, authority, use case — whatever your criteria are — comparable across every lead in the list.
Your criteria become measurable
When qualification is consistent you can finally see which question actually predicts a close, and tighten or loosen the bar on evidence.
The handoff carries context
The rep opens the call already knowing what was said. The prospect is not asked to repeat the last five minutes of their life to a second stranger.

Who runs this.
How it works, in three steps.
The questions, the disqualifiers, the branches and what a genuine yes looks like — written down once, as rules rather than as folklore passed between reps.
It dials at your pace and in your calling hours, asks the questions in the prospect's language, and handles the ordinary objections without pushing.
Warm transfer if a rep is free, a booked meeting if not — with every answer, a transcript and a summary already on the record.
Outbound calling in Hong Kong and beyond.
Outbound calls to Hong Kong numbers go out from a local number during the hours you set, in the language each contact is most likely to answer in, and the agent says who it is, who it is calling for and that the call is recorded before it asks anything. Anyone who asks not to be called again is added to your do-not-contact list on the spot and is never dialled again by any campaign.
The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance governs how the numbers on your list were collected and what they can be used for, so we review the source and consent basis of every list with you before it is loaded. For lists that reach the US, UK or EU, the same review covers their rules as well, such as the TCPA's consent requirements for automated calls.
The qualification itself is your criteria, asked conversationally in Cantonese, English or Mandarin, with answers written back to your CRM as structured fields. Qualified contacts are transferred live to a sales rep or booked straight into their calendar; everyone else gets a disposition and a reason, so the list improves with every round.

Will prospects talk to an AI?+
Many will, if it is upfront and useful and does not waste their time. Some will not, and they hang up — which costs you nothing and is information either way. What does not work is pretending to be human; we do not build that.
How does it handle objections?+
The common ones — not interested, send an email, call back later, who is this — are scripted with you and handled without pressure. Anything outside that is a transfer or a logged callback, not an improvised answer.
Does it replace our SDRs?+
It replaces the first call, which is the part SDRs like least and do most. Teams that run this typically move people up the funnel rather than out of it, because the constraint stops being dials and starts being closing capacity.
What about cold calling regulations?+
They vary by jurisdiction and by list, and we work through yours before dialling rather than after. The agent identifies itself and the business immediately, honours do-not-call instantly and permanently, and every call is recorded. If your list looks like one that should not be called, we will say so.
How many calls can it make?+
Far more than a team, in parallel — which means pacing is a decision you make rather than a limit you hit. Most clients deliberately slow it down to match how many qualified transfers their reps can actually absorb in a day.
Can it qualify inbound leads too?+
Yes, and that is usually the better place to start. If the lead came from an ad form, the speed-to-lead agent is the version of this tuned for calling within seconds.
Which numbers are we allowed to call?+
That depends on how the numbers were collected and what the people agreed to, which the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance governs in Hong Kong. We review the source and consent basis of every list with you before it is loaded, and screen out anyone who has opted out.
Can it call numbers in the US or the UK as well?+
Yes, from local numbers in those markets, under their rules as well as yours: for US numbers that includes the TCPA's consent requirements for automated calls. The same agent can qualify in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
What would your reps do with the hours qualification takes?
Tell us your criteria and your list. We will map the script, the branches and the handoff, and be straight about whether it is worth building.
