The cheapest leads you will ever buy, you already bought.
Every CRM has a few thousand people who enquired once and were never called again. A voice agent works through them at a pace no team can match, finds the ones still in the market, and books them — while logging exactly why everyone else said no.
The list is not dead. It is just unworked.
Old leads are a cost you already paid
They came from ad spend, events or referrals, and the acquisition cost is sunk. Every one that is never called again is a write-off nobody has recorded.
Email sequences have stopped reaching them
A list that was mailed six times and ignored is not going to respond to a seventh. It is not the offer that is failing — it is the channel, and the channel is now noise.
No sales team will do it by hand
Dialling three thousand old leads for a low connect rate is the job every rep pushes to next week. Not because it does not work, but because it is demoralising at human speed.
What changes on the day it goes live.
Your dormant list becomes a working pipeline
Leads that had no next action get one, in volume, without anybody on the team having to face the dialler on a Monday morning.
The database cleans itself as it goes
Wrong numbers, moved on, bought elsewhere, never interested — every outcome is written back. What remains is a list worth keeping rather than a number worth quoting.
Volume stops being the constraint
Hundreds of conversations in parallel rather than one rep at a time, which means a reactivation campaign finishes in days instead of being abandoned in week three.
Opt-outs are honoured instantly and permanently
A do-not-call request ends the call and writes back immediately, and the number never enters another campaign.

Who runs this.
How it works, in three steps.
Pull the leads from your CRM, strip out the unsubscribed, the do-not-call and the already-won, and split what is left by source, age and what they originally asked about.
Paced across your calling hours, opening with why it is calling and what they enquired about, in their language. Not a blast — a queue that works steadily and stops when you say.
Still in the market means a booked slot or a warm transfer. Everyone else is dispositioned with a written reason, so the list comes back cleaner than it went in.
Reactivating leads in Hong Kong, carefully.
Old leads are personal data collected for a purpose, and calling them about something new can be direct marketing under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Before a single call we go through where each list came from and what the people on it agreed to, drop anyone without a basis to be contacted, and load your opt-out list so nobody who has said no is called again.
The agent opens by saying who is calling and why the person is hearing from you ("you asked us about a flat in Tai Koo last spring"), because a reason is what separates a welcome follow-up from a cold call. Anyone who says they are not interested is marked as such immediately, across your CRM, and is not called again by this or any later campaign.
Calls are paced across the working day and spread over days, in the language the lead originally used with you, and the ones who are still interested are booked or handed to a person with a summary of what changed since they last spoke to you. What you get back is a cleaned list: interested, not now, wrong number and do not contact, each with the reason.

Is calling old leads legal?+
It depends on the relationship and the jurisdiction, so it is a question we work through with you before the first dial rather than after. The agent identifies itself and the business immediately, honours do-not-call on the spot, and every call is recorded. We screen against suppression lists as part of setup, and we will tell you if a segment looks like one you should not call.
How old is too old?+
Older than you would guess. Enquiries from one to three years back regularly still convert, because the underlying need often did not go away — it just stopped being urgent that month. We usually start with the most recent dormant segment and work backwards, so you see the pattern before committing the whole list.
What if the lead is annoyed to be called?+
The call ends politely, the outcome is logged, and the number is suppressed. Every one of those is a data point you did not have before — and it is a better outcome than the record sitting in the CRM forever, unresolved.
Will it damage our brand?+
Only if it is rude or dishonest, which is a configuration choice rather than a property of the technology. It states who it is, says why it is calling, does not pressure, and stops when asked.
How many leads do I need for this to be worth it?+
Below about a thousand dormant records the build effort tends to outweigh the return, and a rep with a list is the better answer. Above that, the economics change quickly, because the cost per dial does not rise with volume.
Does it work in Cantonese?+
Yes — and for a Hong Kong list that is usually the majority of the calls. The agent follows whichever language the person answers in, including switching mid-call.
Can we call every old lead in our CRM?+
Not automatically. Calling old leads about something new can be direct marketing under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, so we review where each list came from and what the people on it agreed to, and only call those with a basis to be contacted.
What happens if someone asks us to stop?+
They are marked do-not-contact on the spot, across your CRM, and no campaign calls them again. That list is loaded before every campaign, so an opt-out given once stays given.
How many unworked leads are sitting in your CRM right now?
Tell us the size and age of the list. We will tell you honestly whether reactivation is worth building, and what it would take.
